What moves the price
- Up: a dark-to-light colour change needing an extra coat, heavy filling and sanding on old or cracked plaster, a large pattern repeat on wallpaper, bespoke materials with long lead times.
- Down: staying close to the existing colour, booking several rooms in one visit rather than separately, standard-repeat wallpaper.
